Auto-blip off with auto-clutch on?

On settings we are allowed to turn off auto-blip while the auto-clutch is on, but ingame the AB still on, even driving full manual cars.

I'm using a two pedal setting, but like to blip and lift the throttle at shifting.

Go to the car dir, open *_upgrades.ini, and add these lines at the bottom (1:on, 0:off)
