Backup & reinstall on a new PC

Hi, I am here to ask an help to successfully re-istalling a modded AC on a new PC (with CM, CSP and SOL)

I do need first to backup all those folders from my modded AC:
1. \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa
2. \Users\yourusernamehere\Documents\Assetto Corsa
3. \Users\yourusernamehere\AppData\Local\AcTools Content Manager

Then which are the correct steps to create the same AC configuration on the new pc ?

a - download AC from scratch from Steam on the new PC
b - start it once (to make the game to create the files it needs to run)
c - should I replace the new "content" with the "backup content" or should I replace all the "assettocorsa" under "common" ?
it's not clear to me which files/directory (other than "content") should I replace with the "backup-version" and which I
should not change because they are "system files" which I do need because they are related to the new-pc-sistem ...

Any help about that "c" point would be very appreciated

Should I reinstall CM, CSP, SOL or they are already in my Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa backup ?
