Misc BASE Menu + FINAL RATIO change v3

mucho submitted a new resource:

BASE Menu + FINAL RATIO change - changes in the GAME menu

if you overwrite your files in the UIData directory provided in the archive
you will have different layout of the main MENU (like in my previous MENU mod)
and the possibility to change the FINAL RATIO of the gear box in the SETUP window

all changes:
direct EXIT button (no really question)
removed ONLINE leaderboard
removed ARCADE option
moved PRACTICE and TIMEATTACK to the first page
added BACK button in the CAR SELECTOR
changed REVERSED gear to FINAL ratio selector in GARAGE

Hi Thanks installed and works fine, shame you cannot keep reverse gear comes in handy sometimes.

if you really need it, i can try to make some room, the easiest way would be, put the final drive selection on the other side of the table,

please excuse my ignorance, but why on earth would you want to change the reverse gear ratio ?
