Best car to impress a noob in VR?

I would like something with a mega open view, I would like karts but the mod for Assetto Corsa for karts sucks, the hands look derpy when you turn.

The Tatuus is easy to drive but may be too much.

I want the Radical SR3 mod but I cant find it.

Skip barber is too difficult.

What else would you recommend?

which one is easier to drive? I assume stock version

Edit: I tried it... i dont think its too easy to drive, Tatuus feels more responsible and you dont need to brake a lot before curves.

Is there any decent kart mods or similar?

Have you thought about the Mazda MX5? Both the ND and the MX5 Cup, and even the NA, are open cockpit, they drive very naturally while still being fun and have an additional appeal: these are Kunos and therefore have very well modeled interiors.

If you're looking for an open cockpit there's this homemade 750 Honda bike cart that's fun to drive. And its kind of interesting to see the suspension move around, tire dangling coming out of a tight corner.
But if you want to show off AC's physics I would go with one of the original AC Ledgends cars.

The Caterhams are always a good choice for first steps in VR: excellent view, fun to drive but not too hard.

V8 Veloce is a targa with a very nice interior, half retro, half modern, powerful but fun to drive, and with awesome engine sound.
