F1 22 Best Career Mode Acclaim Settings for Realism?

Hi guys



Most years I find on career mode that the driver transfers are too random and unrealistic, Matsushita driving for Mercedes in season 2 was a bit of an immersion breaker for me. Apparently messing with the acclaim rates for AI drivers and Teams could help with this, what acclaim rates should I set for Team and Drivers (AI) to give me the best chance of having the most realistic driver transfers?

If you want realistic driver transfers i think you just have to be lucky, but if you want loads of transfers put driver acclaim of both you and the AI on decreased.
