Best PC supported steering wheel & pedals

I am looking for a steering wheel and pedal combo that has the best support for Windows PC racing games.

Games I have already:

Forza Apex
Dirt 2
Dirt 3
Dirt Rally
Project Cars

And other I can't think of.

Is more a matter of what the game offers in FFB side. Dirt rally and Pcars are probably the best of them. Now the best FFB outputs depends on the hardware too. A better (usually more expensive) wheel, combined with a better software support gives a better FFB experience.

If you want really a good FFB you better try AMS, rFactor2 and AC. They feel good even with a g27.

I forgot, I am cheap. Less than a $100. I don't need the fancy stuff. Just plain rubber band wheel are fine. lol

Get a used DFGT in good condition then. It's some pretty nice bang for the buck in that price range.
