Best wheel I can get for $600?

Hello what is the absolute best wheel i can get for $600 aud? Excluding the pedals, i still have pedals.

New or used?

New I guess it would be the CSL Elite with P1 rim. But that would be AUD50 over budget plus postage etc.

Used potentially you could get the CSW v2.5 with a BMW or Formula rim? Not sure about the used market in Australia...

Edit: Only used Fanatec after upgrading from Logitech so have no idea about Thrustmaster setups
