they are problem with cars physique when completely stopped, I have same problem too with G27 only if I want to move cars from 0 km/h but when car are already moving this problem completely disappear.

I think this " no physiques stopped cars " problem is already in their lists of fix todo.
 
I'm not so sure I agree entirely that a good sim will use a lot of hardware performance.

rFactor for example used a multi-body system with great complexity and it didn't appear to hinder it a great deal all those years ago.
It also had a great deal of detail elsewhere on cars physics set ups.

There is a long way to go for AC so I can't expect too much for now except to just wait and see if the things I feel are lacking for a sim (any PC sim since rFactor) are addressed.
