Better setup and other ingame UI

Currently AC's setup screens are more like spreadsheets, with a random explanation what a setting does.

- Make the UI visual in a way that makes it clear to the use what happens, live for speed / beam ng as examples. I.e., change toe and the wheels turn in/out.

- show relevant data if it would be possible to get it in real life. Too soft spring it will show it the car would floor during braking etc.

- Have a semi automatic race engineer who can suggest different settings based on your input, want more understeery handling on slow corners, engineer suggests more front ARB.

- Tell your race engineer to lower ride height and he changes camber and toe at the same time so they stay the same (ACC has something like that)

- make it easy to store/share your setups online and others to comment and rate if you choose to make your setups public. Even allow setups you could sell, or earn some in game currency, buy DLC cars, tracks with.

- Make it so that it's possible to compare your setups with each version and get a summary what has changed. Make it visually stunning. Make it possible to attach notes to your setups. "after adding front arb, I got more understeer, faster when pushed to the limit"

- make a more comprehensive way of comparing telemetry data, ACTI lite built into the UI. Make telemetry data easily shared

In general make the whole ui modern, and its basic use which can be done without keyboard (VR use)
