Its just the normal RB12 car, but all the Red Bull logos are in black and white, along with the regular paint of the car!

Depends what you're looking for. If it's the old Marlboro design, no. For *reasons, I don't think you can change the designs of the skins, only the colors. So if you wanted white with red trim, that could probably be done. Or vice versa, but then it'd be a Ferarri.
