Sry, I have been on holidays and I haven't been online for a while. So you have to import the dds files into:
2019_asset_groups/f1_2019_vehicle_package/teams/ferrari/wep/ferrari.erp
Save the mipmaps in:
f1_2019_vehicle_package/teams/ferrari/textures
