I have asked similar things, it is always problematic getting help, mainly due to the complexity of it all.
Most of us have had these types of problem, rarely finding the exact answer, usually forgetting how it was fixed, because of the multiple things we try; after all once the problem goes that is all we are really concerned about.
Check for background activity, check that all the power setting are on max, update GPU graphics drivers, there are logs running for windows, information can be found on YouTube, you may get a useful clue or possibly so much information that it all get out of hand.
Could be faulty ram, psu, graphics card, win 10 update, the list goes on, it would be great if there was a well trodden path that we all instinctively followed naturally that was instantly relatable to everyone, finding a real useful clue easily.
