blur menu quest 3 vr!!!!!

Hello everyone, I have a quest 3 and in VR the menu looks completely blurry, however when I enter the game itself it looks great.

It's just the menu that I see very blurry.

I don't know where the error is that makes it look so bad, if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Mine is the same on Quest 3 and the Pro, I haven't been on for a while so maybe I'm missing something, Does anyone have any ideas?
