BMW 1M Graphics Improvement - Shaders, AO, Wheels, and Lights for Kunos BMW 1M

New rim shaders and brake AO
Exterior AO and shaders including Exhaust Tips
Color matched door handles as per the real car
Removed green tint from glass
New rear lights AO, textures and shaders
Cleaned up badges
Darkened interior(Not too much I could do as it isn't properly mapped)

To install: Just extract into assettocorsa directory and then run JSGME to enable, or drag and drop into Content Manager making sure 'Enable Immediately' is checked.

Did you or were you able to fix the LOD wiper problem ? On LOD 1 the wipers are separated from the car, floating at the sides. Boggles my mind that Kunos missed this.

No sorry, that's beyond my abilities. It would require edits to the 3d itself.

Aratbone updated BMW 1M Graphics Improvement with a new update entry:

Added S3

Same improvements as stock version

PLUS

Redone AO for most skins, I left some as-is because it just added compression artifacts on top of compression artifacts in darker areas
No more green tyres! (I guess this is the same as the stock version. This version they were really bad though)

Hi I put the 1M and 1M_S3 into CM like I did with the Ruf CTR graphical improvement but this time to no avail.

It says: App couldn't detect any content to install here.

What am I doing wrong?

Hmmmm, I'm not sure, they're packed exactly the same way. Maybe download it again or try closing CM and opening it. You can always just manually install, there's not much of a need to have the original kunos files.

Unizip to your MODS folder and then enable the mod in CM, works every time. Just because you can install things with CM it doesn't always mean you should. I've only ever installed setups with it.
