Update / Rework V3.0

!IMPORTANT!
New V3.0 uses a different folder name than the old version. Delete the old skin first.

- reworked / refurbished car skin to match AC's state of the art
- reworked rim textures, to match the car's green colour a little bit better
- new pitcrew textures
- new pitboard / pit stand textures
