If you happen to be in or near Hamburg, North Germany, you should drop by the "Prototype Museum" http://www.prototyp-hamburg.de/
They are currently (until March 19th) exhibiting half of all BMW art cars ever produced, done by artists between 1975 and 2010. Most of them are Race cars run in the LeMans 24h, others are street cars used as canvas. Absolutely brilliant. The basic exhibition houses among others the two first Formula One cars of Schumacher and Vettel and the very first prototype Audi built when the considered maybe entering LeMans at the end of the 90s.
