BobsTrackBuilder.exe errore .Net Error Reporting Shim

hello, can you help me solve this problem? I tried everything, btb re-install, re-install the .net, I tried to install 2.0 but gets put me, I have the 4.1, 3 who use btb with these Microsoft.net and I have never had problems ... can you help me I can not work on my projects

Your antivirus program might be stopping it, or possibly your firewall. Try disabling them temporarily.

I don't have antivirus...

i try now...but in the list of allowed programs in the firewall there isn't btb

No antivirus? If your BTB computer isn't connected to the internet you won't need it. If it is connected, you may have more programs than you expected.
