Bonnet camera for drifting

The Neck FX mod is perfect for drifting, it makes it much easier to drift especially when you have more angle during your dift. I have seen some videos where you use your bonnet or hood cam (don't actually know what it's called) and the camera works in the precise way as in Neck FX, just on the hood. I've tried to search for some settings in the Neck FX mod but i cannot find anything. Is this another mod, in that instance which, or is it just me being a rookie? Thank you.

Maybe use "onboard settings" to move wayyy up??
