BoP (Restrictor and weight) in single player?

Been struggling to find an answer from googling
is it possible to set BoP restrictions to cars when racing against ai and if so how do I do this because I haven't found any of the settings yet

any help would be appreciated

No idea what the official way is, but I discovered a while back that you can hit the home key to bring up the console and set a restrictor for yourself by using the command "set restrictor 30" (for example). Haven't found a way to set ballast, or to affect any other cars...

There is "ballast" app in game, i think it's part of the dev apps so you have to turn them on in system\cfg\asettocorsa.ini

i tried in content manager, set the restrictor to 100 and it did nothing

The setting should work.... changing Both Restrictor, Weight and even AI Strrength settings will aversly affect the AI lap-times (if the AI is any good....depends on the mod of course).

i think in CM there is a decimal point missing. i think 100 is 10% because using values of 500 or 800 it made a difference. but it is not clear what percentage the restriction is in CM
