Brake pedal upgrade

Keith Gregg

CAUTION - SLOW VEHICLE
I am looking at the Ricmotech brake pedal load cell upgrade for my T3PA Pro pedals but its a lot of money (also last time I ordered from Ricmotech I had to pay large customs fees on top) and was wondering if anyone with a similar setup can reccomend the upgrade or not.
Any help appreciated.

I can't comment on these exact pedals, but I did upgrade from Driving Force GT Pedals to Fanatec CSL Elite Pedals with a Loadcell Brake. I can say it was well worth the money. The Loadcell brake feels more realistic and it helps me being more consistent (It is way easier for me to consistently dose how hard I push the brake in contrast to how far).It took some time getting used to, so you shouldn't give up if it feels a bit wonky at first.

For the same price as the Ricmotech upgrade (which obviously covers only the brake) you can buy a used set of Fanatec CSR / CSL pedals which offer not only the loadcell brake but superior accelerator and clutch pedals. IMHO - my CSR Elites are on another level from my T3PAs.
