Brands hatch and Barcelona now DLC?

Why cant I select either of these two tracks anymore without being re-directed to the steam store?

This is from the Assetto Corsa website:

Tracks: Please note that some of the tracks listed below are available as additional purchasable DLC

Thats crap.

They always were DLC. Barcelona was part of the Dream Pack 2 DLC, and Brands was part of the Dream Pack 3 DLC.

oh yeah, somethings up with my install then as I have both packs but still I get the DLC option

No! Somehow they show as not installed, they were before...
