Im not after a trophy or anything, I just think TPG wins here & they deserve to be named & shamed....
This has been going on for months now!
Im paying for 10down/1up...
Rather than fix it they want to ditch me & the contract
Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman's (TIO) office is now involved & STILL I have **** service....
At least I stand a chance of being refunded when it's finally sorted!
If your here in Oz & don't live in Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane CBD's then DON'T GET TPG as there is NO 'back-up' service!
