Broadband Speed

Connection quality is far more important than bandwidth. Of course bandwidth helps if there's many people using the connection at the same time but in multiplayer gaming getting the data delivered and received quickly and without losing packets is the highest priority.

I used to have 15mb adsl with BE which was rock solid. I moved to cable when they where bought out by sky as whilst the bandwidth remained the same pings increased and packet loss too. I'm on 50mb down and 3mb up now, pings are good and connection quality is typically high. The extra bandwidth is nice when downloading but for gaming alone I wouldn't feel the need to go any higher.
 
A game like CS:GO only uses around 50-100Kb/s. Assetto Corsa full server (24 drivers) requires around 4 Mb download. (As you only upload your own car statistics that would be a lot lower) At least the 4 Mb down is what AcServerManager tells the server needs, so that could be 4 / 24Mbps as well...
I am running on 50 down and 50 up at the moment :) Most important with anything above 10Mbps is that you do not have packet loss as said above ;)

There still is warping in AC sometimes.

There still is warping in AC sometimes.
Maybe it's related to packet loss, and ping fluctuations. I had packet loss occasionally with my old ISP and with the new one it was gone in my end. But if others have it, there is no way to avoid it.

Check if your ping is normal while you are having your warping and check pingtest.net for packet loss.:thumbsup:
