Broadcasting but NOT playing?

Hi Guys,

What are the options with sim games out there to broadcast / commentate but NOT be part of the race driving a car.

I'm looking for a sim where i can have 4 mates racing each other and via a 5th PC view the race, change the cameras and commentate over it....

Has anyone seen this available?
