The Skin does not install because the livery icon is missing in the package. You can install it manually and create a new livery icon in Content Manager as a fix.

Also could you please fill in all fields in the skin ui_skin.json file?

I did this one:

Here is a preview file more in line with standard Kunos UI look:

Just replace this in the skin folder if you do not use Content Manager.
