BTB or RTB?

Looking to make some simple tracks for fun for rFactor mainly. Is BTB still able to be purchased? or would Race Track Builder be builder? I know a lot of the rally tracks were in BTB and looks like what I need.

For older games like original rFactor, then BTB is probably best. The other reason to get BTB is if you have lidar data to use. Yes, BTB can still be purchased.

Lidar are laser scans. See http://www.racedepartment.com/threads/emerys-public-lidar-database.97718/ and the stickied thread about BTB v1.0.0.0.1, towards the bottom of the first page.

Ah laser scans! I know AC used those and pCars. Still on the fence and watching tutorials on BTB. Bit overwhelming it looks.
