BTB questions (xpacker)

I recently downloaded BTB and have two BTB-related questions.

When I try to create an XPack, it doesn't allow me to. I've tried with BTB running in the background and not running in the background.

Lastly, how do I create a pit lane? I can't figure out how to lower different tracks; I'm starting from Google Earth kml file + background image and whenever I try to create a second track, it's above the first one in 3d view.

Do you get the User Account Control message when you run it? If so, and you allow it, the program should then be in admin mode. Does that error message appear for XPacks with any name or just NewXPack?

I think each imported KML file is centered about the origin (consider the alternative), so you'll have to move the second track manually.
