Bucuresti track for AC?

I'm looking for the Bucuresti ring which (I think) was used in 2007/2008 for the FIA-GT races. Does this track exist in AC?
Google took me to a few references but the links don't seem to work.

Even if you find this track, you must consider - its probably more or less useless for racing against the AI, as long as the AI files are not updated at least by end 2017.
Otherwise the AI is just way too slow and/or behave dumb.

Overall its important to search for new AI files for every older track.
