[Bug] for Betatesters to pick up please

The Feb 2009 patch changed the UserData (partly) to the user profile. This is unfortunately not fully tested with the end goal in mind.

Scenario:

• Clean installed Windows
• You have to install Steam as a local admin and login with your Steam account to download Race07/GTR Evolution
• Log in with your preferred NON-admin account, because its saver and GTR Evo supports it now.
• On my account I now only have Race07 and GTR Evolution /STCC is missing in Steam.

Solution:

• From the Local Admin account, export the registry hive LocalMachine\Software\Valve and import this .reg file for the preferred NON-admin account. Now you have your games back in the Steam list.
