F1 2015 Bug, maybe?

Hello Guys. Today I was in practice session. To improve my time I put new option and 3 laps fuel. I was up by +0.200 sometimes +0.4 and with no mistakes. Later I put again new options with 7 laps fuel. Each laps the car gets lighter and faster,right? but couldn't improve my time, that's weird
What you think, is this a bug?

Also tried 3 laps fuel and new set of option. Still not improve

Oh, I understand.

I don't think it's a bug or anything, sometimes people just get good lap times during a stint, and other stints they just don't. It's a part of Motor racing.

There are also other variables: Track conditions, temperature, traffic.
