buttkicker gamer2 w/ Asus Xonar DGX 5.1

Hello Everyone,

I have the Asus Xonar DGX 5.1 sound card and would like to know if I can connect the buttkicker gamer2 directly to the Orange Subwoofer Port and connect my speakers to the Green Port instead of using the "Y" connector that comes with the buttkicker gamer2. I have attached a picture of the back of the sound card and buttkicker2 instructions.
also I am thinking of buying the sim racing studio SRS Software does anyone use this software with their buttkicker gamer2? If so how do you like it and do you notice a difference between using the SRS Software compare to not having it?
https://www.simracingstudio.com/product-page/srs-license
Thanks,

Tim

Huge difference between having audio signal vs software enabled physics signal. I think you should check out SIM shaker wheels software, the creater is here and super helpful and has support from some very knowledgeable members here. You won't regret it I love my shaker set up with ssw
