Cam Tool 2 Tutorial

Hi guys,

I've been trying to figure out Cam Tool 2 for the past few hours with no luck! It's quite possibly the most confusing thing I've come across!
Just when I start to think I'm getting something to work, it doesn't!

Does anyone have a guide or can suggest a tutorial on how to use this tool, like a proper explanation? I can see the potential but man is it hard work!
