Alberto Zanot submitted a new resource:

Camera Freedom Mod - DiRT Rally - Wider fov (field of view) range to choose from and fully unlocked seat positiong

This mod allows a full control over the head and dash cameras.
Choose fov using the preferences in-game menu and move the unlocked seat positioning with the numpad.
Note: this means you can go outside the cockpit 3d model.
Wider range for FOV, so if you play with fov 1.0, probably you will have to decrease it in your in-game preferences menu.
Near-plane clipping corrected so you can go closer to the windshield, without cut the glass polygons.

I just tested it. Didn't have much time before. To be honest... I expected more. But ok... maybe it's just me. I was hoping, for example, to be able to move ANY cam that we couldn't already move with vanilla game. We just got more movement to each side and tilting. Also, moving cam to left and right ...would be really nice. But it's not possible.

As told in the main post, it is not possible to do the same with other views. I tried, but it is just not possible.
