Can anyone confirm approximate F1 eye level ?

I'm thinking of finally developing my setup to include F1 so I've searched the forums but can't find anything on this.

Can anyone please kindly confirm that eye level in modern F1 can be fairly set by aligning the top of the nearest antenna (bodywork colour) with the horizon ? By default in AC the camera is too high so I believe this to be accurate enough and have put some screenshots below but would greatly appreciate some confirmation, cheers :)

The Lotus seems similar and the Tatuus a bit higher...

There is a lot of head movement and FOV but I just found this online
I was skeptical of the other videos I'd come across thinking they were filmed from above eye level but this one is captioned "I took risks to position the camera in front of my eyes.." so if anything mine are actually too high, wow !

With the rig seating and wheel position sorted and the cockpit camera height adjusted I gave it a go. I really did get used to the limited visibility and for me the perspective of looking down the nose of the cars is a definite plus for immersion, perhaps better than any other car type although being cocooned in the cars is a negative in terms of a sense of speed. I can imagine that in real life the sensation of speed must be more physical/visceral than visual for the drivers. If you're tempted its still a great sim experience and probably merits a motion platform even more than other vehicle types :)
