Can anyone help with strange reflection on car?

Hi Guys,
I just wondered if anyone has come across this before?
I've done a skin for a modded car which looks perfect in the showroom and even at the start of a lap but then a strange "orange peel" looking reflection appears on the car and ruins the look of the skin.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this???

If it appears after some time, I'm guessing it's the damage or dirt texture for the car?

That's it!!! I've just been messing around with the dirt texture and that is where the issue is. Thanks very much for your help!
