Can downloads tracks but not cars.

I have no problem downloading tracks, but I can't seem to find the cars anywhere. Am I doing something wrong? Where are they meant to show up?

Yeah, I know how to download them. It's just that I can't find them anywhere in the game. I have no problem with tracks.

Maybe be more specific and list a couple of cars.
Some mods may require dlc content.
