Can I disable moving objects?

hi! I would like to remove some moving objects as helicopters, drones, balloons or another moving cars (reiza tracks have a lot of them).

They are very good looking cosmetics the first time you see then, but they are very distracting when I am racing as they appear in the same place and they move the same way.

So, can I disable them?

possibly by reducing the track details, but you would most likely also lose other trackside objects as well.

I have the track detail set to high, but I dont want to reduce it.
I tought maybe there is a hidden command in a json file or similar.
