Can not select user data...just goes to replay

Hi everyone,

Strange situation. I have no user data anymore either in the Steam folder or in My Documents.

If I click on my name in game, it just goes to replays. All my data and records seem to be gone.

I just did a clean install, deleted all the steam folders and my documents....exactly the same issue.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix?
