Keep seeing conflicting info on whether or not random players can see your custom liveries while racing online multiplayer. Some people say yes they can and some people say no they can't, and some people say yes but only if they have the same liveries installed themselves. So which is it? I know the Devs recently changed the way the game handles custom liveries and have now implemented in game compression to cope with custom livery files.
Can other players see your custom liveries online?

If this is true then if you have a custom livery active, what exactly does your car look like to everyone else in the server?
