What's stopping you? Not knowing how to make a car mod doesn't mean you can't make one, just need to learn

btw there is a thread for modding requests. https://www.racedepartment.com/threads/mod-app-requests-thread.64157/ It has 1800+ posts and approximately 0 cars made by request, but it does have the important function of keeping all the requests in one place, rather than 1800+ separate threads.
