CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

so, I installed GTR2 on my laptop and everything was running fine for a few weeks, until I ran into a problem which made me have to reinstall my windows. but after I reinstalled my windows, I can no longer play GTR2, it always force close every time I want to race, time trial or practice. which means I can only access the menu but can't play it, does someone know the Solution? please I want to come back to play this game

How do you install GTR2? Steam or DVD? Patches? Permissions? 4GB patch? etc.

Also might be related to making it use the right GPU if you have an igpu or a dedicated.

Did you remember to run the GTR2 config?

Also, do not install to any Program Files folder, and run as admin.

yes, i run the GTR2 config, and i didn't install it to the program files folder. but still i can't play it

OHHHH THAT'S THE PROBLEM! thanks, i installed directtX 11 not directX 9 .
