Can you add DRS to old cars and tracks?

I am a brand new AC user, mainly wanted to grab the various Can-Am cars and older tracks that AC has. But I wanted to know if there was a way to use DRS on the Chapparal and then allow the DRS all around the track. (to simulate the flipper wing on the 2E.) Just curious if this can be added to the car and tracks like Bridgehamton, the old Laguna Seca, Riverside, Stardust.
