I don't have neither of these, but just looking at HE baseplate assembly intructions, I would say answer is yes.
Although it needs few small modifications. Probably few extra holes and also (Sparco) seat slider pull bar needs some bending, because it's too wide for HE baseplate. Sliders are also approximately 100mm longer than HE baseplate.

Yes. I have the HE Ultimate's on sparco sliders. You can purchase the exact seat sliders used for seats for the pedals. Sliders attach to my rig, then pedal deck attaches to that and then HE attaches atop pedal deck. Feel free to ask follow ups

did you use the sim lab universal pedal deck and attach the pedals to that? or did you use the HE pedal deck?
