Can you help identify this handbrake?

I just bought this from a user and they do not remember the brand. I need to figure out a way to fix a table mount to it.

Edit: I think it's the dim sim handbrake.

Old Bj was hydraulic if I'm not wrong, and the new is load cell.
The one of the photo seems to be made with potentiometer or Hall sensor
