Can you run audio through TV and headphones at the same time?

After getting a mic sorted out and set up (thanks again to @jimortality ) there are just little things that could make life a little easier. So, is there a way you can get sound through the Tv and headphones at the same time? The TV is connected via HDMI and the headphones + mic connected at the back of the PC using the usual dual 3.5mm headphone jacks. It's just a simple case of convenience more than anything else, when racing, the headphones are perfect but when watching replays etc I'd prefer to listen through the TV and it's annoying having to bend in unnatural ways to pull the cable out of the PC

I would suggest you need two soundcards in your PC.
