F1 2010 Cannot Decline offer from McLaren (PS3)

Have anyone else had the problem, with not being able to Decline, but only accept, the offer from the McLaren team?

Currently they are offering me 16 Mil. But i KNOW that if i decline the offer, they'll give me 18+ (Since force india is offering me 18 mil).

so let me know if this is a common bug at the ps3, or if there is a reason that i cannot say NO

that means they will not be offering you any more money so unless you acceopt it it will remain if you do not wish to drive for then then ignore it but all it means is they have reached ther limit
