Can't access in-game apps (solved)

I turned on the switch for apps in the ini file, but I cant access any apps by putting my cursor to right of the screen on the setup stage of the race. I am using triple screens, so I tried each of the 3 screens but nothing works.

I also tried CTRL-H.

Can anyone help?

During setup work the apps can't be accessed anyway. Press drive and hover your mouse to the far right.

What exact 'switch' did you turn on regarding the apps? Dev mode?
