Click to expand... i have ive restarted my pc and network tried google, Firefox and even internet explore its not a problem with my wifi as im fine with downloading anything else from anywhere

Are you using the Red download button on the upper right portion of the page of whatever it is you're trying to download? If you hover your mouse over the button you should see a link appear something like: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/f1-2022-skinpack-for-the-f-ultimate-gen-2.50129/download Maybe try pasting the link directly into a fresh browser tab and see if it downloads something.
