Can't figure out how to mount the Simucube premium torque off button...

It's possible I'm missing something extremely obvious here... but I can't figure out how to mount my Simucube premium torque off button to my P1-X.

1) Everything online says "threaded holes". I swear mine aren't threaded... I'm looking really close with an LED flashlight and it looks smooth to me.

2) The package just came with the button/housing and the cable. No bolts or anything. What gives? I paid over $100 for this - I don't just have spare bolts lying around. Was it supposed to come with bolts?

Holes are not threaded. I mounted it with M4x30 screws and matching slot nuts for the profile (both did not come with the estop)

Apologies for digging a thread up from the grave, but holy moly this helped me out SO much! The lack of instructions are frankly pretty disappointing, and another gripe I have with Simucube is that they don't even provide locking nuts for the 70mm wheel side QR. Had to work that one out by scouting out old pages too.
