Can't figure out this error loading a certain car

Can't figure out this error loading the Alpha GTA. Using CM and shaders etc, latest recommended. Have checked deleted that car's folder, checked AC integrity thru Steam etc, don't know what else to do. Car loads enough to see it on the screen, then immediately gives me this error screen:

Yes, it says nothing is wrong.

EDIT:
If I remove CSP all together, I can't get steering wheel to work for some reason.

Sorry, it's been a couple years since I knew what I was doing with all these files. Be patient with me.
